Honestly, the food is very delicious and the atmosphere is very clean. The schedule says that they will be open at 5:30. I arrived at 6am confident to order food and I had to wait for them to arrange everything and as soon as they started to open, they must change the schedule to not to confuse the customer, but apart from that everything is very good!!

For breakfast, only two options, and tea, they give very little in the taco. The food has almost no flavor.

I recently bought some tacos and some pork tamales and what ugly tamales! Apart from being small, bad seasoning. They added too much pepper and I never felt the tamale flavor. The tacos were so-so.

I had to try this place since the reviews were so good. I know this side of town and I didn’t expect anything really good to be there so when I pulled up to the Valero, I was a little confused. There is no sign from the outside of the establishment. Upon coming in their vibrant blue signs let me know I was in the right place. They are set up more like a cafe than a buffet. I believe they include the word buffet in there because in Spanish it means more like as in “a wide selection of premade food”.The food was amazingly good. I don’t have that much experience with Honduran food, and I can tend to be picky with some Central American food but everything I got was so, so good. I got the pork chop (chuleta) with a rice and beans combo and plantain chips. The pork chop was fried crispy and full of flavor, the rice and beans were surprisingly aromatic (something I’m not used to but really enjoyed), and the plantain chips were better than any other I’ve tried. They were flavorful and not too oily. Dry enough to pair well with the rest of the food. Of course, the curtido (pickled cabbage and onion) made the meal fresh and tangy. Paired all this with a maracuyá agua fresca (passion fruit). So. Damn. Delicious. Also tried their seafood soup which seemed to have a rich coconut milk base. It had all the seafood you would expect it to including crab. Delicious.10/10 would recommend.Ps. My only con to this place is that it’s literally inside of a gas station. There are two small tables to eat at but the “ambiance” is far from there. Just take it to go.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, just as for no meat! However, due to how things are prepared, I doubt they are vegan.
