I had to try this place since the reviews were so good. I know this side of town and I didn’t expect anything really good to be there so when I pulled up to the Valero, I was a little confused. There is no sign from the outside of the establishment. Upon coming in their vibrant blue signs let me know I was in the right place. They are set up more like a cafe than a buffet. Honestly, the food is very delicious and the atmosphere is very clean. The schedule says that they will be open at 5:30. I arrived at 6am confident to order food and I had to wait for them to arrange everything and as soon as they started to open, they must change the schedule to not to confuse the customer, but apart from that everything is very good!!
