We’ve only done take out from Miyabi but wow are they on point. Their sushi is Consistent, fresh, and delicious. For context, we’ve done uchi, Soto, etc., so we know what good sushi should taste like.
Had lunch delivered from Miyabi Ramen & Sushi on Studemont. Good quality sushi at a great price. Very generous fish portion on the nigiri. Ramen was light and full of flavor.
Salmon nigiri and chopped scallops were perfect. Hamachi belly was a bit fishy and chewy. Tendon?? Not sure, but I couldn’t eat one piece at all.
Sexy mama roll was SO GOOD. Had all of my favorites in one roll —chopped scallop, crab, and salmon. The roll was huge!
