Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I've eaten a lot of places around Houston, and unpretentiously I can say, this place is stellar. The salad and breadsticks (AYCE) is good. We ordered chicken and gnocchi soup (also AYCE), it was good. We had the shrimp and chicken carbonara (with red bell peppers). It was better than good. Even our server, Jose, was very accommodating and polite. He gave us refills soda glass before i even ask. No lie, people usually scoff at Olive Garden, but this place rocks.

This is one of the best Olive Garden places I've been too. The staff was so friendly. The service was fast and good. Family friendly welcoming Top notch. The lady singing happy birthday has such a good voice. Will go again

This popular location is near NRG stadium in Houston. Yesterday on a Wednesday, I ordered minestrone soup. Broccoli, shrimp, green tea, and bread sticks. The service was poor. The Broccoli was not fresh. It seemed to have black spots on it that looked like mold and did not taste well at all. The service started out good then ended up very poor. I had to ask for service multiple times. And my order was incomplete after multiple requests. I gave the waiter a 100 dollar bill. He shorted my change. I waited patiently and then asked him where was the rest of my money. I waited then showed him my receipt and demanded the rest of my change. The waiter apologized and immediately refunded me the rest of the change. Food that was moved with black spots is major health concern.

From out of town but stopped in with family for dinner. Mya was our server. She was excellent! She let us know it was one of her first few shifts but you would hardly know. Food was great as always too!

Slow and bad service

About a week ago, I did a take out order for 2 . The food was excellent, and the food was ready on time and the lady that brought out the food was kind and thank me for my order. Please visit and see for yourself. I did curbside because my wife had just had knee surgery. I will visit again, but this time I will dine in.

Thank you so much for making my brother's birthday celebration a huge success. Food is always delicious but the service succeeded my expectations with a group of 55+ people. Our food was out on time to say everyone ordered separately.
Kyra and all the servers were very professional and their work ethic went above and beyond.
