We finally made our way to ORG Pizza yesterday. Chef Andrea and his assistant were gracious and welcoming. We ordered the Detroit style pizza; 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni and the Burrata pizza. The crust was superb; crispy on the bottom and chewy in the middle. We loved the fact that the crust was not soggy! Chef Andrea was engaging. We also bought some ciabatta bread to take home and he gave us recommendations on how to store/freeze and use the bread.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Although his focaccia are available at Spec's, frozen, to bake at home at 450 F for 6 minutes, on Sundays, Chef Andrea prepares these exquisite Roman style pizzas from 9-2 at this location on Yale at Tidwell. And they are spectacular.

Only open on Sundays from 9am-2pm... in a totally nondescript chain linked/barbed wire warehouse building and location...5816 Yale... on the right just past Tidwell... What it may lack in atmosphere...Chef Andrea Dal Monte has truly created a slice of Foodie Heaven!!!
