Love panda express, but whoever the guy was working at the drive thru at 4:45 has to work on his attitude towards customers. We asked if our order was all in the bag (like usually making sure) and the guy straight up closed the window on us smh.

I’m sure it’s not the staff’s fault, but the wait times here are outrageous. Management needs to fix this because it shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to get my order. If you are going to eat here, DO NOT order through the app. Theres bugs that causes your order to be received late.

I walked into the store and wanted to order , when I was greeted in Spanish and asked what I want to order in Spanish , I do not even speak any Spanish at all , not even a smile or a sorry , very unprofessional ,not trying to be rude or anything but please have english speaking workers , wont be coming back to this panda express for sure .

Got there today, I was “helped ” by Aiden. 1hour and 30minutes before closure and they had no food. Too lazy to work. They would not want to make more chicken Teriyaki. Please don’t open if you are not ready to work!!!

Came into this restaurant at 9:15 a hour and 15 minutes before close and they have no food? What kind of place closes early on a Saturday? Maybe if employees actually worked the hours they are schedualed them your restaurant would be better off. Absolutely unbelievable that the employees don't care. Disgrace this place shpuld be evicted from this strip mall and expand the sandwich place nextdoor.

They must be hurting at this location. I asked for 3 entrees and 1 side. The barley put any of the 2nd one in the combo. I'm never going there again. That's crazy how I barely got anything for an entree that was in my to go combo! And I paid over $18 way to overpriced for the small portions you get.

The young man who took my order was polite courteous and helpful. It was one of the best interactions I've encountered in a restaurant this year. I can easily see that he is going to be running the place in a very short time.
