Food good, place clean, employees nice. I recommend the Chicken LoMien because, like, it's good! They also sell fortune cookies in little bags plus this little panda plushie! The staff is polite and helpful, while the tables is pretty clean! Overall, this place gets a 5/5 for everything. (Edit: Added photos)

I hated Panda Express so much I quit eating there from a bad meal my mom and I had-not from this location. For my job we do lunch catering and my boss wanted PE. I reluctantly ordered it (pepper chicken and beef and broccoli, rangoons and spring rolls) and it was sooo good. I just ordered company lunch from here again and had to call in because I didn't do the order right online. I talked to the manager Tyler and he was so patient in helping me correct my error. If all restaurants were managed by Tyler-no body would go out of business. HE IS AWESOME!!

Very despot behavior. Went inside to order.. this employee Nick couldn’t understand a word of what I was saying. I mentioned 3 plates.. yet he thought I wanted 2ChowMein 1Rice in ONE plate. Kind of obvious by what I meant.. no? Started giving me an attitude. He made me seem like a rude customer in front of the other employees around. Very uncomfortable situation… no manners at all.

I love eating at this PANDA EXPRESS@ Bunker Hill and I 10. This location is always friendly and welcoming. The manager Tyler Mcgoldrick is awesome. He is always aiming to please and make sure you have fresh and delicious food every visit.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered honey shrimp on a bed of greens. Got shrimp on a bed of broccoli and cabbage w 2 tiny shreds of greens. One of the cabbage slices was so large it took up a quarter of the bowl. This wasn't what I ordered.
All the food is consistent in flavor. The big thing with getting it fresh is fast turnover in the chaffing dishes. If their food sits then it is not as good.

Im not sure giw to rate this location because I have the same problem with all the Panda Express. I think its time for me to leave them alone. Rice burnt, Hard, and food has not seasoning. Told the manager my rice was Hard and tasted burnt he took a sample went to the back office tried it and came back and shook the rice in the pan smelt it and went to the drive through and got some rice and told me to try it it looks better. That turned me off. Im done with Panda !!!

I love Panda Express! The portion sizes are always exceeding my expectations and the honey walnut shrimp is my jam. Definitely worth the upcharge. This location is always clean and the staff is so nice and personable.
