Store #649 showed an exemplary level of customer service tonight. The manager called minutes after I placed my order via the app to make sure that the specifics of my order were accurate. My delivery driver was extraordinarily cordial and prompt and of course the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. Keep it up! Great job!
Order 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter for delevery and got our pizza almost an hour and a half after and they forgot our drink..i called they had me on hold for 10 mins and when they finally got on the phone..they told me that i had to wait for our drink cause they had other orders..i ask to speak to the manager and another person got on the phone and acted like the manager!!
Never again papa johns
We've always ordered from this location and never had a problem till tonight. Our driver called 3x and now looking back, acted as if he was lost. He wanted to be meet at the front. He said he was scared. Upset by now cause he really didn't want to come he asked can I talk to you. By then the pizza is late & cold he was told no, just don't accept the delivery again.
