I ordered a pizza from Papa John's, and the tracker showed it had been delivered — but I never received it. When I contacted customer service for help or an explanation, all I got was a generic response saying my refund would be processed in 7–10 business days. No apology, no accountability. Completely unacceptable experience. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered 40 minutes before this location closed and they waited until closing to cancel my order, despite the order tracker saying it had already been baked and was preparing for delivery. My delivery was literally walking distance from this location. Now it’s too late for me to order a pizza from anywhere else which is very annoying. Not sure why they would wait until closing to cancel my order instead of just cutting orders off when their kitchen closed.
I also ordered directly from the store, not even through a 3rd party delivery app.
The deliver driver Garrett was excellent! Really great customer service and communication skills! I appreciated having Garrett as a delivery person, I wish I could've tipped him more. The food was hot and in good condition.

I placed an order for a large event and unfortunately the oven went out at their location. They delivered the order as quickly as possible, but it was unfortunately significantly later than expected. The staff here, specifically the GM Brandon, were quick to rectify the issue and helped redo the order. They were professional and timely and did a great job!

Worst papa johns I have ever ordered from in a decade of ordering for the company I work for. They hardly cooked one meat lovers and forgot mushrooms on the other and just threw them on last second. Had a 2 liter of pepsi and they bring me a mountain dew and grape soda because they don't have any pepsi. Didn't even call me. Then no special seasoning but I get red peppers and parm which I didnt ask for. Horrible service. Because they are 3 minutes from my location what a JOKE.

Yes, I have to completely agree, this location is a 2, the pizza is way to doughy, not enough ingredients, Gees, one of the worst pizza I've had.
you can buy a frozen pizza that would be better, and this is supposedly made fresh, XXXXX my recommendation, say no to PaPa John

Asked for my pizza and wings to both be cooked well done, of course they both WERE NOT. Avoid this and all restaurants on Main Street, comprehension and direction following are nonexistent here.

I advise the reader to order from another pizza joint. Terrible service.... Ordered an XXL pizza and my order never showed up. Called twice, and both times the guy over the phone told me the driver was on the way. If you are reading the reviews before you order from here, you will notice a common theme in all of the complaints, which is lackadaisical rude service and poor food quality or both.
*update* if you decide to send corporate your complaint, you most likely will not hear back from them. They say they will resolve the issue and they will contact you within 48 hours via email or phone. It's been 4 days and still nada...
