I advise the reader to order from another pizza joint. Terrible service.... Ordered an XXL pizza and my order never showed up. Called twice, and both times the guy over the phone told me the driver was on the way. If you are reading the reviews before you order from here, you will notice a common theme in all of the complaints, which is lackadaisical rude service and poor food quality or both.
*update* if you decide to send corporate your complaint, you most likely will not hear back from them. They say they will resolve the issue and they will contact you within 48 hours via email or phone. It's been 4 days and still nada...

Papa Johns Delivery: I tried them after the other pizza deliveries failed. Amazingly, the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. They were very fast to arrive and the delivery person was very cordial and friendly. You just don't find that anymore. "Kuddos" Papa Johns delivery person. Excellent job!

I called to complain about my pizza never arriving. I was told that the deliverer attempted to contact me by calling. I asked if they knocked on my door (which I would’ve heard), and the man I was speaking with that I believe is the manager said no. I asked for a solution to the problem (bring a new pizza or give a refund) and his rude self hung up on me. I called back several times with no answer. I gave one last try and then the same voice answered and said the refund was processed followed by a quick hang up. I ended up driving to a different location because my trust in this one was lost. Hopefully; I’ll really get my money back , and hopefully Ramon (the name given whic I think is fake could possibly be Brandon) will leave customer service. Especially since he seems to hate his job and life.
I am a manager at another restaurant. I called today to ask for a hiring manager and the guy that answered “Brenden or Brandon” was very rude and impolite. I called in the morning and it seemed he was very impatient. Talking over me etc. After stating that i was calling for the manager position he completely changed his tone and stated that they were no longer hiring.

Yummy pizza the app had a bug where it told me the delivery order I placed was for carryout but in their system it was in fact for delivery. thats not their fault. My cat loves sitting on the pizza boxes!I worked at a PJ back in high school and their crust is great mine never looked this good!

Yes, I have to completely agree, this location is a 2, the pizza is way to doughy, not enough ingredients, Gees, one of the worst pizza I've had.
you can buy a frozen pizza that would be better, and this is supposedly made fresh, XXXXX my recommendation, say no to PaPa John
