I am a manager at another restaurant. I called today to ask for a hiring manager and the guy that answered “Brenden or Brandon” was very rude and impolite. I called in the morning and it seemed he was very impatient. Talking over me etc. After stating that i was calling for the manager position he completely changed his tone and stated that they were no longer hiring.

Yummy pizza the app had a bug where it told me the delivery order I placed was for carryout but in their system it was in fact for delivery. thats not their fault. My cat loves sitting on the pizza boxes!I worked at a PJ back in high school and their crust is great mine never looked this good!

Lots of bad reviews here I thought I would help offset it. I scheduled a delivery for the following day. I called them to get an update the day of and the young lady that answered was very friendly. The delivery person was on time and he was friendly as well. Everything went smooth.

I ordered a Shaqaroni with sausage and mushrooms. The ads show a pie that is COVERED in pepperoni. I was looking forward to some good eating. I was profoundly disappointed. I counted - there was 1 1/2 to 2 pepperoni a slice, and they were BIG slices. The sausage and mushrooms were similarly sparse. The crust, cheese, and sauce were fine.I recently read online that their business is shrinking and they are closing stores. Small wonder.

Ordered late night pizza run with Big Texan, Parmesan garlic bread sticks and cookie. Tracker said it was on its way at 2142 arrived 1 mile away at 2211 and found burned to death breadsticks cold pizza and a decent cookie. Called in and told them about breadsticksand they offered to refire or credit back we took the credit back.
This was literally the most disgusting pizza I've ever had in my life when I first got this pizza it didn't look too bad besides the fact that I ordered sausage and pepperoni, but barely saw any until I picked up the pizza and the cheese fell off in one square they layered my pizza wrong and put the toppings before the cheese My pizza was undercooked and the dough was gummy and soggy. I couldn't even eat one bite of this pizza without wanting to vomit Papa John's. Please do better wasted $30.

I ordered on the app. I left to pick up about 10 minutes after app showed pizza was ready. I get here inquiring about my order and the shift lead training 2 ppl looks up and says it ain’t ready with an attitude. About 20 minutes waiting i here the new hire attempting to make my order.

They were completely dried out and somewhat shriveled. I received marinara instead of the special garlic I ordered. The pizza was warm but had soo much sauce on it and was a total mess. Also the box didn't have any special garlic sauce. I couldn't revive the cheese sticks. So two pieces into the pizza and I find a HAIR!!!! Medium in length! I threw the entire thing out. Completely disgusting!!This location disappoints over and over again. I'm DONE.

The first time we ordered from here we paid online when we went to go pick it up whoever was running the shop turned off the lights right when we pulled up and even when we knocked ignored us. The store was at least thirty minutes from closing. Then the manager accused my husband of lying about the situation even though he showed her his online receipt. They didn’t give a refund or replace the food they pretty much robbed us of. I should’ve left it at that but decided to order online today and they took over an hour to deliver. The driver updated my order status to delivered twenty minutes before they got here. The pizzas were warm and fine but the jalapeño bites were not even cooked all the way. The dough was raw. We’re definitely not ever ordering from it again. Unfortunately they just don’t care about the customers or their reputation.
