We will never set foot in Pappas BBQ again! We only wanted a slab of ribs to go and after about 30 minutes of waiting we never even got to place our order the whole kitchen looked like it was manned by a bunch of junior high school kids nobody knew what to do or what was going on the most ridiculous restaurant I've ever been in. Interstate 10 East.

Pappas Bar-B-Q is a great dining experience with a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The brisket, pulled pork, and turkey are delicious, with the pulled pork being a standout. The potato salad is exceptional. The restaurant is slightly overpriced, but still worth visiting. Wheelchair accessibility is available with ramps to access the entrance. This western style restaurant has a diverse menu and authentic western furnishings. The BBQ ribs were very good. Food is served at the counter. Parking is easy to reach on I-10. Pappas Bar-B-Q has great lighting and is always clean on the outside. They offer professional service and help to get meals out on time. A large family meal #5 with a rack of pork ribs and a whole chicken was great with all the fixings of beans, potato salad, Ac and cheese, plates and serving utensils.
