The food was delivered to us a few minutes... It looks reheated and old... I will not ever order from Pizza Hut again... This isn’t the first time the order looked like this or can wrong... Took over 65-75 to deliver and it comes looking like this... It is absolutely disgusting...
Ordered two pizzas at 6:45 pm. After I ordered, was sent an email saying the delivery time was estimated at 8:45 pm. At 9:00 pm, I called to find out what was going on...the phone is answered by a call center and not the actual store on Gessner. They transferred me to the "update department"...was on hold forever. I hung up and called back. I asked to cancel my order and they told me only a manager can do that and they transferred me to the "manager at the update department"....read full review
This place is a hot mess. It shouldn’t take 1.5 hours to get a pizza when the estimated time was 30 minutes.
