I realize that it is a stressful time but this store was out of one item from my online order, we waited an hour to pick it up and they simply say well we were out of that option for the one item of the 6 you ordered, so we cancelled the order. No one bothered to call or even try to reach us. Busy or not that's just not acceptable especially when they still charged full price for the order that we now have to wait 30-45 minutes for. I attempted to place an online order that resulted into a double charge on my account due to the website stating there was something wrong with my card! I never received confirmation of order(wasn't in the system) yet my card was charged! I CALL customer service and they were no help AT ALL!
