I had the worst salad. The greens were old and the chicken was over cooked. I mentioned it to the waitress and they only discounted the chicken. I payed _$18.00 dollars for an old salad that I couldn’t even finish. Management has no clue about customer service neither supervising the food coming out of the kitchen. Never coming back!

Excellent Appetizers, Major Billing Headache
We chose Pizzana to celebrate our anniversary and had a very mixed experience.

The food was fantastic: the cauliflower appetizer and the salad were genuine highlights—truly excellent. The pizza was good, but unremarkable and didn't leave a strong impression.

Unfortunately, the service experience was deeply flawed by a payment issue. We intended to leave an 18% tip via the tableside machine, but the final bill displayed an incorrect total. Upon checking our card, we discovered a jarring $70 tip had been applied, which was significantly more than intended for our meal for two. While the staff ultimately fixed the error, the need to argue about the charge on our anniversary celebration left a lasting bad after taste.

The kitchen is great, but the service error ruined what should have been a top-notch experience.

Cacio e Pepe pizza is amazing as is the broccolini. Capers, giant croutons and shaved parm made the Caesar salad memorable.

Update - Ordered take out and had the Margarita Al Crudo with their awesome Caesar salad last night and it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Houston.

Pickup was easy and order was ready quickly.

Definitely a great place to get your pizza fix!

Do not go here!! We have come here multiple times and wlthough the food is good, it is always very cold and seems like they just give us a premade item that’s been sitting there. We also ordered cocktails and mocktails, and they charged us double price for the mocktails even though it’s nonalcoholic and didn’t even tell us beforehand that they would be charging us double. We were treated very condescendingly when we told them they did not inform us of this charge beforehand. We will not be coming back here due to the pot service and quality of food.

I really enjoy this restaurant. And I come here for their happy hour, but even on happy hour you can’t leave here without $100 bill. It’s expensive for what it is.

Watch Out - the tipping built in to their toast system is underhanded. Management did not, was unable or unwilling to help rectify things.

Full disclose, this was a delivery order, and while I'm sure the Pizzana restaurant is delightful, and the staff wonderful, I can only speak to the quality of food. Their website was easy to navigate, and the food pictures were enticing. I've driven by their location and it is inviting.

The online menu u has many options from pizzas, to salads, to anti-pasta and dessert options. As a self proclaimed pizza connoisseur, I had to try one of their pies.

I usually wouldn't comment on the pizza box, but it was actually attractive, with a sticker to ensure the pizza made it to its destination untampered with. There was also nice postcard looking notification on the box explaining their reward system.

The pizza itself was incredible. I am a huge fan of Napoletana, wood fired, and brick over pizzas. The pizza looked incredible. The dough and crust was airy and flavorful. The toppings were plentiful and delicious.

I wish, for the price, the pizza was bigger. I definitely would have ordered another pizza had I known.

Some tips:
If you are hungry or serving multiple people I would suggest ordering a few pizzas. You can add Berkshire Fennel Sausage to your pizza. I did, and it was delicious. Sign up for their rewards and receive a free live of cake on your birthday plus other benefits. If you like baking your pizzas from home and have a setup to do so and can actually purchase the components like their dough, sauce, etc.

I will definitely try their pizza again. Next time I hope to go to their brick and mortar location.

Cheers!!

Not even going to bother trying this place. I was going to try it tonight until I saw they charge for self parking in their parking lot. I even confirmed with the hostess. What a great way to lose business. Good luck!
