The management team is always prepared and ready to deliver quality service and products. Protocols and procedures are always on point. Fresh and juicy chicken is a highlight, making it a good choice for a quick lunch. However, the menu can be hit-or-miss, with occasional shortages of popular items like Popcorn Shrimp. The 2pc weekly combo is a great value, but the flavored wings (BBQ) were below average, fried too hard with little meat. The strawberry soda was also watered down. Overall, this location is a hit or miss at times.
