Terrible service. Placed an order via the app on April 30th for pick up via drive thru. Arrived at drive thru with no cars in line in front of me and mentioned my order, they refused say anything other than app orders are inside only. By now, only one car was behind me. When I went inside, it took them over 20 minutes to put my order together even though I only ordered the 14 piece tender family meal. in that time they got 4 cars out via drive thru and one of them ordered tenders....read full review
