Monica was amazing my order accidentally got messed up and she immediately took control of the situation , took my old food and replaced it with fresh hot food , she is an amazing worker someone who is dedicated to her position and giving good customer service, she is someone you want to have on your team ( Do not let her go) She deserves to grow

My food was terrible. My stress were cold, the biscuit had no butter at all, and the beans were nasty. They didn't even ask if I wanted sauce for my strips. This was one of the worst Popeyes I have ever been to...

Been coming to this location for years and it’s usually within the last hour of closing. So I’m used to this location not having all the items on the menu available at that time. But I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service of Andy who I met for the first time through the drive through. Very respectable and understanding when I was wanting something and they didn’t have available and had to call my wife to make alternate choices. “Not a problem”, “take your time”, “it’s okay”… many of the comments Andy made while making my order. Being respectful and courteous goes a long way these days and Andy made my experience with not getting what I wanted very easy to accept and make other choices. Thank you Andy
