The 1 star is for the employees that are nicer than their manager. Very rude and undermining. He tried to correct me on how they call tissue paper/napkin not knowing he is embarrassing himself just because he doesn't know other names, does not mean others don't. His customer service is really bad overall from the time I entered. Other employees didn't even look comfortable around him. Shame!

Slow now customer, some of the food refried hard crack my teeth. Some chicken is half cooked. I left my food on the table and it was disgusting. I could add a photo , can't upload the photos now It's best to cook at home all the bad experiences, everywhere I go,,

I went to that Popeye's today and there were some African Americans and they discriminated against me for being Latina. Also when I was eating the sandwich it had a bug in the bread, terrible service
