DO NOT…! I repeat DO NOT go to this store after 4pm. The evening shift at this location does not care about your order preferences and has poor time management. You will wait an unnecessary amount of time for service and an additional amount of time for your food to get prepared. Popeyes PLEASE check on your workers. On the other hand Day Shift is great! Hospitable and prompt with orders online or direct.

I ordered a 12 piece ghost pepper no sauce and a 6 piece with sauce . And I got a 6 piece with sauce and a 6 piece without . I called the store no one answering I called literally 10 times . They’re were 4 guys . A black guy , 3 Mexicans working . So how did my order get messed up I got home I noticed it in VERY UPSET ABOUT THAT
Food was not fresh !!!! My food was placed in box and the manager went to use the bathroom as im standing there and told me i had to pay for sauce meanwhile im waiting for my food for so long as im calling the other workers from the back that are just staring at me … the guy going to tell me my food is already ready like i dont see that and still took 5 extra minutes to hand me the food horrible location!!!!

I had ordered many times here and always the same thing. They send SPICY CHICKEN when I always order CLASSIC. I don't see the difference. Is it too hard to know the difference between CLASSIC AND SPICY? I will never order again here. Oh, I forgot. Missing the biscuit.

Food is always old. They always serve the red beans and rice spoiled. My husband brought food tonight and again the red beans and rice was spoiled. I get sick every time I eat there. And the chicken is old. And the staff is horrible. Where is the manager? Biscuits are always hard. Horrible
