Missing items - Every time I go to this location my order is incomplete. This time it was missing the side dish, mashed potatoes. Other times it was missing a biscuit, or a piece of chicken, or there was mayo on the sandwich when I asked for no mayo.
I placed my order on the app at 10:49 AM.I arrive and the order isn't ready so they say to park in the Pyburn's parking lot and they'll bring it out when it's ready.At 11:10 I still don't have my order so I go inside.The lady I originally spoke with sees me, but doesn't acknowledge me.The manager comes and I ask him how much longer it will be because I have to get back to work.He asks the cook and the cook says the tenders have been ready.The manager packs my order and I finally...read full review
