The food was very good!! What I didn't like is that the cashier was tearing the receipts wrong and was claiming the points/rewards for herself. I forgot to use the app, so I ordered at the counter. When I remembered to claim my purchase on the app, the rewards code that is at the bottom of the receipts wasn't on there. I asked about it then she gave me the piece that was missing, she had several receipt pieces by the register, so I guess that she is doing it to all...
So I wanted to try that Ghost Pepper sandwich because I heard it really slaps and they were RIGHT! Eunice helped me today with my order and her customer service was really helpful and pleasant. It made my overall experience at this location a total win 🥇 Food was really good and service was good. I will be back.
The staff and the food were great, it’s just that the location is a little scary. This isn’t my normal stomping ground so I didn’t realize, but I guess I should’ve figured it out when I saw the glass partition between the staff and the restaurant.
