I went to Popeyes today about 7pm trying to order ghost pepper wings to go with my dinner I cooked. It was an older guy didn’t understand nothing I was saying. The lady who to my order was nice, but she didn't understand the difference between a classic or spicy chicken sandwich. She kept saying, classic or ghost pepper sandwich. I didn't want the ghost pepper meal that came with cheese & bacon. I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich that comes with pickles. It's the difference between a #1 and a #2. UPDATED from experience below: So my mother went back the next day and the manager was very professional and generous. She realized the mistake the employee made the day before and resolved the issue by giving my mother a free meal with large coleslaw. She even apologized. World class manager. We need more like her in out favorite restaurants, without the powerstruggles. Thanks from my mom. She said the coleslaw was very delicious.
