I ordered food through the app and was not given half my order. I immediately went back through the drive through and was told that I was given two bags instead one. After arguing with the teenager about what I was given I was asked to pull over and wait. It took them 15 minutes before I went into the store and then they tried to act like there was a sense of urgency. They gave me back the wrong receipt so I couldn't do the survey. They been “out” of ice cream for almost 2 weeks. They don’t fry stuff in old grease anymore which is good, also the customer service is always pretty good & timely. But fix the mf ice cream bro! It’s too hot in TX
