I ordered from Popeyes app. The door dasher was an hour late. I called door dash for a refund. Per the manager at Door dash they have a contract with Popeyes when ordering from Popeyes app, if something is wrong with food door dash refunds Popeyes and Popeyes is to refund that customer! Since that's who was paid by me. I spoke to the manager at Door dash several times and Popeyes was refunded on April 18th 2026 and I still haven't received my refund. Plus they want answers the phone. Harwin Location in Houston Texas.

This place was OK before, but some new employees right now are terrible. Today I ordered take out online. The employees marked my order ready, so I drives out to pick up. However, after I arrived , I found the order was not ready and I had to wait for another 10 minutes. That's almost 20 minutes after they marked the order ready. So why would you do that? Please be serious about your job!
