Got the 24$family bundle and all the food was cold. Chicken was warm but the fries were cold and tasted like they've been sitting in the heater for quite some time. They only gave me 1 barbecue and 3 ketchup. And since when did they stop giving honey packets for the biscuits ??? I asked for some ans they gave me TWO with FOUR biscuits in my bag. Horrible service

Went like around 9:40 pm. And they all ignore us, except one guy. That one guy was telling the front staff that they had to take care of us. By the time that guy told the othera that they had to take care of us, it was too late for us and they took so long to even address us. I will no longer to to this Popeyes ever again even if it's closer to my house. This Popeyes deserves a zero star.

You can’t talk too fast when giving your order—it overloads their brains. They should implement AI to take orders, like Wendy’s does, because they can’t seem to get an order right. Also, they don’t have fries half the time I go there. Like, how are you out of fries?

Pay Cash. Do not use your debit card here. If you do, get a receipt and check your bank account. They have gotten my husband twice now. Told him it was a “ghost” transaction. Also, went there on 12/15. Waited 30 minutes and rice in red beans & rice was crunchy.

Thankfully the food was cooked right, but the employees seem frantic, soda machine was spilling all over the counter, missing condiments for the mobile order. Trash all over the place. Probably wont be back to this recently opened location. Especially if i have to beg for condiments that I’ve already paid for

I went to Popeye's on 10850 Harwin on Sunday afternoon 11/17/24. It was the first time that they gave me a cold chicken sandwich, overcooked fries and terrible service. The same location always gives me fresh chicken sandwich and perfect fries all the time. Apparently whoever works on Sundays at this location doesn't care. Popeye's is one of my favorite, but some of their employees doesn't deserve that job at all. Get rid of them.

Diego and Eric were so kind and helpful. My car battery died and my only option was to ask for help in popeyes. Diego and Eric helped me jumpstart my car and waited with me until my car turned on. They were amazing and their customer service was incredible. They deserve a raise.

I've ordered through the app a few times from this location and they always seem like they haven't seen the order until I get there. Twice I've gotten what I'd say are undercooked and chewy tenders. Won't be back.
