I went to this location today for lunch due to a recommendation from a colleague. From the host,to the beginning on the prep line,everyone was friendly. Feels good to be greeted with a smile. Jalen was the host. He was very helpful as he not only advised me of the survey on the receipt,but he suggested the S’mores cookie which was so delicious!! Too bad the won’t be back until next year. The food is great and the staff is polite but the parking lot is too small for all the businesses in the strip center. The food bins where pickup orders are placed need to be moved to the back where people picking up can be watched. My food was stolen before I even got there.

I came to Potbelly for the first time today and I was pretty impressed. All of the staff here were very nice and friendly. While I was waiting on my pick up order a staff member touched base with me to make sure I didn’t need any assistance—which was appreciated.The sandwich was excellent but the veggie soup is what’s bringing me back. Definitely some of the best veggie soup I’ve had in awhile. It wasn’t bland at all. My only complaint is that I wish I’d have gotten...
