Tried to get a pretzel several different dates- they just tell me they won’t be making anymore and walk off. It’s the middle of the day and everything. They just refuse to make any pretzels?? Not bothering with this place again!

Basically nothing in stock. Was told that they weren't going to get any more mozzarella pretzels until at least a month from now.

Expensive ($14 for two pretzels) and very dry. Not good at all - don’t waste your money.

I stopped by to get a quick snack while running errands in the mall. The guy made every excuse as to why they were out of items, why menu items were no longer available and how items would take too long to make. He gave me his whole song and dance, completely unsolicited, about how he was not the one supposed to be on duty that day and then verbatim told me, “it’s not my problem”.What is wrong with people today? Customer service barely exists anymore. I don’t care if you’re manning a gumball machine. Do your job and do it well! Excuses have no place in the workspace!I understand things happen, but this was too much. Chances are I wouldn’t have waited for the items to be made, but had he given me a time frame and tried to do good customer service, it would have saved a bad review.

I grabbed an 8 piece pretzel dog cup on my way out today. This was my first and last time buying food here. I won’t go into detail but I can say I will go to Anne’s next time.
Great pretzels and people

Excellent
Great pretzels and pretzel dogs. I go here every now and then.
The pretzel maker at memorial mall never hace mozzarella bites and they are always rude to the clients. Worst visits
Was hungry but noticed staff not wearing masks. Later
