We are fairly new to the area and tried RC’s because we saw on the menu that you can get New Haven style pizza…they did NOT disappoint! The perfect thin crunchy crust, the right amount of sauce to crust ratio, ideal amount of toppings and a superb char on the crust. When you walk in, RC’s looks and smells like an authentic NY pizza place. The staff is always kind and welcoming. It has become our pizza go to spot for dine in and take out!
The food is ALWAYS amazing! I think we’ve tried everything on the menu now with zero complaints. Caesar Salad, Alfredo Sauce, Tomato Bisque, Grilled Cheese, Spicy Garlic Wings, the list goes on and on. Everything is so delicious! 10/10 recommend! Dining in is always a joy - feels like a time travel to New York in the 1960s 🥰
