Wondering why can't deliver sans rival? It was on the menu to order but not to deliver... there's no option to order for delivery. And the delivery location is only 25 mins away :(

Pathetically slow service. Stood at register and waited… rang bell… still nobody. Maybe 3-5 minutes after I rang the bell, a head pops out from back… “Give me a few minutes”… 5 minutes later, I gave up. Put my items back and left. At the prices charged, I shouldn’t need to wait 10+ minutes.

Not sure why this bakery is not rated higher; I loved every single item I've tried here. The rocky road cake slice was excellent with just enough marshmello and chocolate chips. The ube mamon cake was tasty. The caramel brownie bar was divine after heated. It was my first time here and I will surely return to try other menu items. The prices are mid range. I wish there was a bigger selection of individual cake slices. The place is small and customer service was acceptable.

I first got introduced to Red Ribbon because I work in a hospital. IYKYK! There is never a party or potluck where we don't have something from Red Ribbon. Red Ribbon Bakeshop is a well known, Filipino bakery chain. This location is located in a shopping strip shared with other Filipino food chains. Since parking is shared with other restaurants, it can get busy at peak times like on weekends. Inside, this place is small. There are a few little tables off to one side, but if a couple of customers come in, you will have people all up in your personal space while trying to eat. Off to the other side you have your dessert display, along with a section of prepackaged baked goods as well. Customer service here on my few visits has always been pretty no nonsense, straight business. Do not expect any pleasantries or suggestions. I'm sure they will answer questions if asked. I have only had sweet items from here. They have different flavored round cakes and rolls. They are mostly of the chocolate and fruity variety. One of the favorites here is the Ube cakes. What is Ube you ask? It is a purple yam that they make lots of desserts out of. I personally prefer it over a traditional sweet potato. I've had the ube cakes, lemon rolls, mango rolls and chocolate rolls. In my opinion, they all have great flavor, but they have always been on the dry side to me. People love it when I bring it to gatherings though. They also have savory items like empanadas, pancit and soups. I have yet to try it, but I hear mixed reviews on them. If you are thirsty, they have different types of lattes and halo-halo. I have purchased some of the pre-packaged baked goods and they pair well with a cup of coffee. Overall, I find myself coming back here because people tend to like it when I bring it to gatherings. It's not to my personal liking so much, but it gets the job done.

I went here specifically for empanadas. And as other reviewers stated. The service is just blah. The guy who waited on me definitely didn't want to be there. The empanadas were 4.00 which I think is pricy for the amount of bread to meat in it. The cakes in the display looked pretty good. But they were all petty pricy as well.

Oh my, red ribbon bake shop. There isn't any Philippino food near our home so when we are close to this place in Houston we stock up on stuff that helps us grow! See the video cuz Jollibee, red ribbon, maxs all right here.

Pros: The palabok is my favorite here.Cons: I dont buy cakes here, theyre dry. Also the brazos de mercedes tastes weird— i swear i can taste lemon in it as if they squeezed lemon flavoring in it. Didnt taste like expected. I now buy cake from my neighbor who bakes them from scratch and to order so it’s always fresh.

Wooow! If you love empanadas you will definitely fall in love with this place, perfect flavors and spices used for all of their empanadas, they have other bakery options that are good as well but their signature is definitely the empanadas!

The service is terrible. I have ordered ahead multiple times, and my order was never made on time. I had always had to wait additional 30 to 40 minutes for a prepaid order online. At first I thought it would be a one time thing, but after about 4 times? And when telling management about waiting, it's just a college student doing nothing about the wait time. I asked why an order that was prepaid and placed 3 hours in advance, they don't make until you get there so what is the point of picking a pick up time? They had no answer and no apologies.Thank goodness now there is a baker's son, they will probably shut down red ribbon. Their service is 100% better

Ive always loved red ribbon until today. Walked in to pick up an online order I made. Ordered the choco mocha crunch and the dude at the counter gave it to us with out the caramel topping and I asked if we could swap it with a different cake. Then he said if you can wait 3 or 4 minutes he could have some out, thinking he would put it on the cake he said no and he would just place it in a baggie. Honestly disappointed and kinda pissed.

05/27/23- Saturday We don't have Red Ribbon store in Dallas. After visiting the NASA Space Center, we went to this store. So many customers around within different establishments, it's hard to find a parking spot. We love the Halo Halo...
