Nearly every time I go to this McDonalds there a problem, but today prompted me to write this review. I frequently purchase curbside. I find it easier than the hassle of trying to communicate. I placed my usual order and pulled into curbside. I waited a full 15 minutes before I entered the building. I walked in and my order was sitting on the counter, just sitting there. This place stole my money! I placed an order through the app and went to pick up my order and was told that I did not have a code for the drive through, I then looked at my phone and saw that the order was placed for counter pick up. I said OK, I will go inside to pick it up. My problem is that although it was only 9:50 and the sign on the door says that the dining room closes at 10:00 the door was locked. Went through drive thru and was told to park. Waited 35 minutes before going inside with receipt to get my food. I was then accused of already being given the food and trying to get it a second time. They made me write down my number on the receipt for some reason which I've never seen before. I also had to try very hard to get anyone's attention because they kept ignoring me. Finally got my food after another 15 minutes.
