Despite minimal dining customers, the waiter was distracted with his electronic device. The old man the would bring the alcohol would not stay and ask if a customer needed a refill, creating the situation of empty cups and glasses. This disrupted the dining experience and affected the tip amount (good service = good tips)
This was my first time at Russo’s, and originally I was only planning to grab a smoothie bowl and head back to my car. At the last minute, I decided to stay and actually try the food, and I’m so glad I did.
