I went alone for breakfast on my birthday - never been to Rustika. Ordered the Migas & Mexican Chia hot drink - I had a most wonderful time, as the server Ally, cut a piece of cake with a candle on it as a surprise. Very nice, kind person!! Then a customer walked in for his first time, and sat and had breakfast with me! What a wonderful atmosphere, and fun! Thank you Ally for making my birthday special!!! Food Delicious!!! mpg

Me and my friend stopped here randomly for breakfast this morning while visiting from Dallas. The Ambiance and customer service was excellent. I ordered the omelette and she ordered pancakes and bacon with a caramel macchiato. Everything was 10/10. The food was well seasoned and tasted so fresh. Will definitely be eating here anytime I come to Houston. Thank you!!!

I ordered a cake for my father's 77th birthday a week in advance and upon arrival to the bakery, I found out they never made the cake. They offered alternative cakes already made or to bake the requested cake immediately, but I didn't have time to wait that long. I took a refund instead.

****Update**** The bakery reached out to me and offered to make the cake I requested free of charge out of good will and an attempt to make things right. I accepted...
