I waited in line for 32 minutes, the employee that was taking our order was super rude, she had a serious face the entire time, she had no manners whatsoever, and mind you, was super slow. They need more employees helping out, it wasn’t all her fault, but she was being extremely slow all whilst there was a huge line and rude for no reason. This isn’t the first time I come here either, she always has a bad attitude. She was wearing a white shirt, didn’t get her name she was wearing no name tag.

The Gasoline station rarely if ever has any Gasoline, takes forever to to read the membership card and when, if it does the nozzles are extremely slow, never buying gas from there ever again and will tell everyone i know about this mishap, also will be writing more opinons about this place, Thanks.
Their curbside pickup is apparently a "secret" and the associates are less than helpful trying to direct you where to park! Here is a tip Sam's Club, get better markings as to where to direct your customers for pickup and for the love of God... Please train your associates to be more helpful when trying to find out where to go!

5 times now I’ve tried calling customer service and they don’t answer...I call other departments and all they do is transfer the line so I just sit and wait and no one ever answers
