Segundo Coffee Lab offers a nice atmosphere, making it a good spot to get work done. However, it can get noisy, and the WiFi password is only provided after a purchase. The coffee, including cold brews, may be a letdown, but the Thai tea with coffee is a highlight. Despite some average experiences, the exceptional customer service makes up for it. The staff is helpful and accommodating, even with mistakes. While it may not be the most convenient location, the friendly staff makes it worth a visit.
