Stopped by this location for the first time this morning. I ordered and then the cashier asked how I planned to pay...I said credit card and then she told me that their computers were down due. Without hesitation, she immediately said that she would like to give me my smoothie for free because of the issue. She did not even ask if I had cash, if I wanted to come back later, nothing, just offered the smoothie for free. A friendly and customer service oriented employee!! Eureka!!...read full review
