Where do I start? Soul cat cuisine came to my apartment complex yesterday for an event. The aroma coming from the food truck alone was PHENOMENAL. The owner had music playing and had great service. The wait time was minimal and the food was hot and fresh. I got the fried fish and wings (which also came with fries). LET ME TELL YOU! Those were the best wings I have had in YEARS.
