Got an espresso frap. Didn't try it till I was on the road and noticed it had no coffee taste. Took a look at it and it was completely white (like a vanilla bean frap). They put no espresso shot or frap roast in it. I just threw it away because it was essentially a sugary drink with none of the coffee flavor or caffiene.
I’ve now gone to this location once a week for the last three weeks, and wanted to give it several tries before I left a review. I’ve been very happy sitting here and getting some work done. My drinks have been made quickly and correctly, the location is clean, staff are friendly. The store itself is nice and kept up well. Parking can get a little chaotic but it's in a busy shopping center. Drinks are good, but I have never had so many delays at a coffee shop. Nearly every time I order from there, the drinks are late (I typically give them 15 to 20 minutes and it's still not enough). They often have one or two clueless people standing around trying to make conversation while 2 other people struggle to make drink orders which always adds to frustration....read full review
