There are flies on the pastries and food inside the glass compartment on a regular basis. They don’t care. But I do. It’s not acceptable to be below service and quality control standards.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, with baristas like Dani, Rose, Frankie, Ivana, and Rudy providing the BEST customer service. Dani is kind, loving, and wonderful, promoting and explaining each drink so well that one customer left with three coffees. Rose’s authentic attitude turned a non-Starbucks guy into a fan. The team is fast, and they know customers by name. The store is kept clean, including the tables, counters, floor, and restroom, and features a long spacious table for eight. The food and drinks are done to satisfaction, and the service is exceptional, with all baristas greeting customers upon arrival. This location is an absolute favorite for its speed and sweet staff.
