Even though I'm a starbuck lover, I still have to say that this location is pretty awful. The drinks were fine but customer service was not what I expected to be because I've been to many Starbucks locations for years. There is still room for improvement. If they make changes with customer service, it will be great.
Good customer service and convenient location, the only issue I have is sometimes the drinks are a hit or miss. I like to order my drinks iced but sometimes they put the sticker on a hot cup and I end up with a hot drink instead of iced like I originally ordered. They need to pay more attention to that, besides that everything else is fine.
