I really didn't get my day off to a good start. That's not just a little ice, it was practically the entire cup of ice, and they didn't even have the decency to mix it well.

I requested for hazelnut shaken expresso without ice and they gave me this, really Starbucks?? And I was surprised and upset, so I told why is so little n they said something about measuring so why you asked me about size in the beginning (drive thru)?? I doesn't make sense for my ... and they gave me an ice coffee late I didn't ask for ( no sticker on it, Customer name or location).. so sad because I'm a big fan of this company n always buy from them. They selling only ice and plastic cups NO COFFEE!

Baristas are fast and friendly, especially with some of the complicated orders they have to conjure up. This is a great location for a Starbucks, with a convenient drive-thru. The drive-thru maybe a little confusing to find-next to subway. The location is pretty popular, but the line moves rather quickly. Getting to this Starbucks is a pain in the rear, but if you want Starbucks…you’ll do it, lol.

They get two stars because hey it’s coffee, but I go to Starbucks at least three times a week and order the same drink. Today I went to this location because it was on my way… ordered my drink tipped as always and got a half full drink with the rest foam! When I asked about it I was asked if I wanted more ice or milk?? No I just want my drink to be made right and if I pay for a full cup I want a full cup! They didn’t charge me half price for a half cup? I don’t care if they had to put more ice or milk in it when they make it I get that the coffee amount is all in there, but it was the way the girl said it… like you get what you get leave us alone. $7 for a half a cup is ridiculous JUST MAKE THE DRINK RIGHT!!!

The barista made an oatmilk pecan chai latte. Which is quite delicious.
I asked for an iced shaken espresso with 5 extra pumps of vanilla syrup and caramel drizzle. What I was given was watered down and tasteless. Management needs to step in and retrain the employees on the correct way to create the perfect drinks.
