Baristas are fast and friendly, especially with some of the complicated orders they have to conjure up. This is a great location for a Starbucks, with a convenient drive-thru. The drive-thru maybe a little confusing to find-next to subway. The location is pretty popular, but the line moves rather quickly. Getting to this Starbucks is a pain in the rear, but if you want Starbucks…you’ll do it, lol.

They get two stars because hey it’s coffee, but I go to Starbucks at least three times a week and order the same drink. Today I went to this location because it was on my way… ordered my drink tipped as always and got a half full drink with the rest foam! When I asked about it I was asked if I wanted more ice or milk?? No I just want my drink to be made right and if I pay for a full cup I want a full cup! They didn’t charge me half price for a half cup? I don’t care if they had to put more ice or milk in it when they make it I get that the coffee amount is all in there, but it was the way the girl said it… like you get what you get leave us alone. $7 for a half a cup is ridiculous JUST MAKE THE DRINK RIGHT!!!

The barista made an oatmilk pecan chai latte. Which is quite delicious.
I asked for an iced shaken espresso with 5 extra pumps of vanilla syrup and caramel drizzle. What I was given was watered down and tasteless. Management needs to step in and retrain the employees on the correct way to create the perfect drinks.

I ordered a pumpkin iced latte and it was not my cup of tea. Talked to the barista and he exchanged another drink for me right away. Love the great service and Will come back again!

Asked the barista to turn down the music, it's blaring in this very small lobby. She says it automatically turns back up. I'm not sure if Starbucks changed this but I've seen them turn the music volume up and down on those iPads. This isn't a change conducive to an enjoyable customer experience imo, especially in a small store. Showtunes going full blast in a Starbucks is wild
