I stopped by this location simply to ask for a cup of water, and I was told by the manager, Ray, that they no longer give water unless you make a purchase. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks over the years, like millions of other loyal customers, and to be denied a simple cup of tap water was extremely disappointing.

What concerned me most, however, was the manager’s overall presentation. Even from the drive-thru window, his appearance did not reflect the level of professionalism or hygiene I expect from Starbucks leadership. It honestly made me question the cleanliness standards of this location.

This was an unsettling experience, and I won’t be returning to this store.

Are yall open at 5 am? No answer or acknowledgment at the drive thru. People have to get to work. It’s a waste of time to pull up and wait just not to be acknowledged and have the employee pretend not to see you when there are absolutely no other customers there.

Pasta is the best barista ever! He gave me and the girl I nanny for such a warm welcome and helped us order our drinks properly. Come to the Starbucks before any of the others in the area and you’ll get the best service.

Starbucks 5 stars you snicker. I get it. But they’re friendly, wrote sweet notes on my cup, greet me with kindness and make my complicated order via app without a side eye. It does what it says it’s going to do and it’s consistent.

I really didn't get my day off to a good start. That's not just a little ice, it was practically the entire cup of ice, and they didn't even have the decency to mix it well.

I requested for hazelnut shaken expresso without ice and they gave me this, really Starbucks?? And I was surprised and upset, so I told why is so little n they said something about measuring so why you asked me about size in the beginning (drive thru)?? I doesn't make sense for my ... and they gave me an ice coffee late I didn't ask for ( no sticker on it, Customer name or location).. so sad because I'm a big fan of this company n always buy from them.
They selling only ice and plastic cups NO COFFEE!
