It smells of coffee in the George R. Brown Convention Center, thanks to the Barista techniques from the most caring Starbucks ladies in town: Karla, Cayle G., Genesis, Jeanie, and also Alex, their loyal buddy. We visited during the CeraWeek convention. There was a very long line for hours at a time. When we finally got to the register everyone was polite and professional. We had an order of 13 beverages. Despite an endless wave of customs and our large order, they serve us with a smile and respect! You could see everyone working as a team and getting order done at a record pace! Great job baristas!!
You can grab a quick bite here if the restaurants downstairs are full due to the event. There are also plenty of workstations in the front of this cafe if you need to catch up on work.
