I had such a genuinely positive experience at the drive-thru today, and I just have to share it. I went to the Steak N Shake in Fishers, IN. Qouri, the woman working the window, was absolutely wonderful—so cheerful, warm, and full of energy. Her joy was contagious, and she truly made my day brighter.

amazing service placed a order in the app and they left off part of it and when I called about it they were very professional and respectful offered to correct the mistake with no problem or attitude. thank you for being so polite and respectful with the issue highly recommend above all other fast food restaurants here in Cookeville Tennessee. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
