Walked into Steak & Shake for the first time. Employees were rude and not helpful. They wouldn’t help us to order on their screen. When we asked for help it was as if we were bothering them. She just put her spatula in the air and said combos are on there. Another lady walked in spoke Spanish to them and the ladies were very friendly to her. I told my husband let’s go somewhere else. One of the employees told the lady in Spanish it’s ok they can go somewhere else....read full review
My food was never delivered to me and when I called back, I was told there’s nothing they can do about it. Service was horrible.
food is nasty. not sure what happened to steak and shake but they never get your order right. and now their burgers taste like trash, greasy and nasty. 🤮
