I love the food we ordered chicken tenders and burger w fries. It’s 5/5! Servants were attentive to what we need. The only thing I don’t like is the chair it won’t recline! I also hate the lights on the side of the cinema while showing and the screen is bit smaller. Anyhow the ticket is cheaper compared to AMC I guess. We would come back probably because of the food!
movie was great. accommodations great. service at the bar was great. service in the theater poor. management was understanding and accommodating. strategy for driving employee performance poor. gratuity for every sale to supplement pay doesn't drive performance. tips drive tipped employees performance. bottom line. pay them better hourly. $2.13 / hr these days is ridiculous.
Came to see new Alien movie and a great time was had. Drinks at the bar was nice, bartender was a bit slow, the restrooms were clean and fresh smelling. Although a guy was in the movies without shoes on, they didn’t stink so I figured he was taking a load off while watching a great film.
