They were nice, but I asked them to throw away an old Starbucks cup, and they said it was against company policy to take trash through the drive-through. May be silly, but I think it’s a lack of customer service.
Traffic jam at the parking lot entrance. The cars in line for drive through blocks other cars to enter or exit the parking lot. I used the app ordered a cold brew coffee but nothing came out after a 20mins wait. I talked to one of the lady and she said they don't have any cold brew coffee and gave me a regular ice coffee instead...

Fast and friendly staff. I used the Starbucks app and everything went smoothly. The user experience on the app is very easy to use and makes ordering a breeze.
