I went in there and they had a teenager who was on his phone by himself working the counter and register. He had just came out of the back room and put on his gloves and continue to hold his phone while trying to make the sandwich. The vegetables looked soggy and not fresh. The protein area was covered with a silver pan blocking customers from seeing the proteins and that's just give stale sketchy vibes. I just walked out cause the worker holding his phone with the gloves while making a sandwich screams cross contamination

Really just wanted a cookie and this dude really closed super early. He’s already got the door locked, floors mopped, and as soon as I walked up he just went straight to the back

Sitting here waiting 10 minutes for someone to come help me at the counter. Another customer had to tell her to come to the front then when she came to the front she wanted me to wait some more I couldn’t wait any longer I had to be to work

6.99 meal deal cost 7.49 before tax. And the sub has 2 slices of meet and 2 slices of cheese. Nothing like what they show on the picture. Clearly making there money on this deal. If you want a sub with only vegetables this deal is great for you. Wouldn't recommend at all.

If you going hire someone that going to be taking food orders from the general public, at least make sure they can understand enough English to make a sandwich. If I had not been hungry, I would have not paid for the crappy made sandwich and just left. The only thing good about my order was the bag of chips. And just looking at all negative reviews with no feedback from the management, I know this will fall on deaf ears.

Sandwich was super dry. They barely put any sauce and when we told them to put more they said it was “more” already. Flatbread was dry like it was old. That made the lack of sauce even worse. Experience at subway has been downhill for a while. This is last time going to subway. Going to IKEs or Firehouse Subs from now on.

I’m completely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. The employee assisting me seemed to struggle with understanding English, which led to frustration on both ends. When I requested a partial payment, she became visibly upset, as if I were complaining about the price. Additionally, my sandwiches were poorly made, with an excessive amount of dressing applied to both.

This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered a Subway employee who was rude due to a language barrier. It raises the question—does Subway prioritize hiring employees who may not be proficient in English? Effective communication and good customer service are essential in any business, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations.

The imbecilic employees tried to charge me $8.11 for the $6.99 meal deal. Additionally, they had the nerve to try to show/convince me how they were right, which is obviously incorrect. Maybe they were up charging people because they had no cups, but they should've either gone to a restaurant supply and buy cups or given the bottled drinks away with the meal deal and eat that cost. The restaurants problem doesn’t have to be the consumers' problem.

I should have trusted the stores 2.9 star rating, and i will never come back.

It is the worst place in service, the person who serves there gave us terrible service, I do not know how the owner allows having employees like that (Monday Nov/18/2024, 6:00 pm) this place is not recommended.

Don’t make the mistake I made, read comments. Came in at 7:40, but I couldn’t place a second sandwich order because they were closing!!! How ridiculous, they close at 9, I understand if I came 10 mins before closing but a whole hour please!! Do better.

No speak English, at Subway.

I asked for a number 20, she looked at me sideways and didn't know what I was talking about.
I asked for a number 15, she didn't know what I was talking about.
She said no English.

You have to build your own sandwich because they have lowered the bar at this location, And quality has suffered. Not only that but you don't even have all the letters in your sign, and the letters that are there..... The lights are burnt out and they are broken and falling apart.

How un-American of you to support illegal immigration To take advantage of an undocumented worker by giving them less of a wage, because you know they will settle for less because they don't speak English. And then you do a disservice to your customers as well, by forcing them to have lackluster service, with somebody that can't put an order together. And it's not that personal fault, it's your fault, Subway.

I will be reporting this particular store to corporate.

If I could have the reciew with ZERO stars I would’ve done just that. Let’s just start with, out of the 3 ladies working today NOT 1 OF THEM SPOKE ANY ENGLISH!!! The one that took my order couldn’t make a sandwich to save her life. Just decided I wanted shredded cheese on my sandwich without asking, warmed my meat and cheese together, put oil and vinegar directly on the bread, the sandwich is literally falling apart. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!
