Food quality is really low, the lettuce was all yellow and old. I asked the guy don’t even put this lettuce in my sandwich. Overall subway quality and portions are really gone down.

The lady behind the sandwich station was so rude. She felt so annoyed by having to take an order on our sandwich making. So many subways around and I choose this one, never again. Didn't get her name only way to describe her is that she is rude bad customer service and she had hickeys all on her neck. If your bothered by taking someone's order than maybe you should remove yourself from behind the sandwich station.

Place would not take my valid coupon for 8.99 footlong meal. Mexican lady does not know how to work the register and proceeded to say its for online only. Never coming back again.
This is the best location, they made my subway exactly how I wanted. I was so happy.

When going in at 11 I was asked what bread I would like and when said ghost pepper bread I got the response they don’t have that just white bread and wheat bread. When mentioned I don’t like the white bread Kathy said “well that’s all I have and turned her back to me” I had to say I would take wheat bread twice before she got the bread out for me because she just turned to ignore me after her comment. When getting the wheat bread she came off with an attitude saying “ ghost ppper is made with white bread” suggesting why I would order it if I don’t like white bread which I responded it’s because it has flavor the white bread doesn’t and she laughed at me. Even after ordering what was there she continued with the comments and after purchasing trying to get her name and making sure the number on receipt was correct she got defensive and started to be very disrespectful saying she had a mouth to use to voice what she was saying as I was already walking out the door and I was halfway through the restaurant already. It was after being asked for customer service she became very very unprofessional. This isn’t the first time Kathy works where she gives attitude to customers this is a regular lunch spot for my company also.

This place value walk in customers more than mobile orders so if you want to get fast service it’s better to order in store. Was very disappointed when I ordered online thinking it would be ready by the time it said it was ready but no. So i had to wait another 30 mins for my order.
