While volunteering for the Final Four, I tried to order a salad to be delivered 600 feet from the store. After 75 minutes of calling numerous times (NO ONE answers the phone) and texting with someone in another state who did nothing, I finally texted to forget it. What a horrible system where you cannot talk to a live person! After 75 minutes of wasted time, I ordered from Cava 3 miles away and had a fresh salad in front of me in 30 minutes. I ordered Tofu Steak and when I got back to my office I had Chicken. Not sure which is worse. Giving a Vegan a Chicken dish or my office mate tasting it and not being sure whether it was chicken or not.
NOT Vegan friendly. NOT the time to get it wrong the first time.
And while they replaced my order, they didn’t seem concerned. Good way to lose a customer for life.
