Portions were extremely generous—the peanut rice soup and sweet tofu pudding could easily be shared among four. The food was delicious across the board, and the service was exceptionally quick. Despite the small space, the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu.“

“Stopped in for the first time today and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the Pork Banh Mi and shrimp eggrolls to-go and everything was excellent. I was in a rush, and they had my food out fast. The banh mi was incredible—tender grilled pork and perfectly crisp, soft bread. The place looks simple from the street but is clean and welcoming inside. I’ve definitely found my new go‑to lunch spot. Great food, quick service, and very reasonable prices.“

“My family and I don't eat out much, but we went here to try something new. The atmosphere was unbeatable, the view was very nice and peaceful, it was calming to be there. The food was also great, we came here because we are vegetarians, and we wanted to try new cuisines, we ended up loving it! The staff was so polite and kind, and they made our experience even better! “The hot chicken sandwich is fantastic! Crispy crust and juicy inside even after the 30 minute drive home (to-go order) and packed full of spice! I’m not exactly sure of the spice in this Taiwanese chicken sandwich, but I want another one already. Forget The other hyped hot chicken spots. Try AtCha today.“

“Star Chef has a variety of dumplings you can order. They have steamed (vegetable, pork, or chicken), pan fried pork, and deep fried pork or chicken. ThI've tried all of the ones that Star Chef has and enjoy each one. You can get a mixed dozen for $9.99 plus tax but it's a good portion. They also have an excellent WonTon soup! Their customer service is impeccable and they go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience each and every time.“

“Love to the food here, although looks like the portion getting a little smaller with their current styrofoam tray. One thing I'll never get here is their stick rice, or zonghi. Barely any meat in it, mostly peanuts and sticky rice of course smh.

UPDATE: price just gone up to $9!! Yikes.“

“I ordered the fan tuan (rice rolls); I got the traditional and the Taiwan. They were good but missing the you tiao (fried stick). I double checked the menu online, and the description shows the fried stick in the list of ingredients. So disappointing! I was expecting a long wait based on reviews that I read, but the service was very fast.“
