I ordered the fan tuan (rice rolls); I got the traditional and the Taiwan. They were good but missing the you tiao (fried stick). I double checked the menu online, and the description shows the fried stick in the list of ingredients. So disappointing! I was expecting a long wait based on reviews that I read, but the service was very fast.
Consistent delivery of traditional Taiwanese rice rolls with a plethora of options. Their scallion pancake is superb and also their sweet soy with fried dough stick. 🤌🏻
I had pretty high expectations going in, unfortunately I was very disappointed afterwards. I am a big fan of the salty soy milk, but the one I received was not traditional at all. They didn’t add vinegar thus no coagulation at all. They add seaweed and minced pork, which are never part of the traditional recipe. I also had sesame pancake with fried cruller, they are ok, the fried cruller is too heavy, and greasy, more like fried dough or donuts. The rice rolls are ok, but...read full review
