I ordered the fan tuan (rice rolls); I got the traditional and the Taiwan. They were good but missing the you tiao (fried stick). I double checked the menu online, and the description shows the fried stick in the list of ingredients. So disappointing! I was expecting a long wait based on reviews that I read, but the service was very fast.
Consistent delivery of traditional Taiwanese rice rolls with a plethora of options. Their scallion pancake is superb and also their sweet soy with fried dough stick. 🤌🏻
I had pretty high expectations going in, unfortunately I was very disappointed afterwards. I am a big fan of the salty soy milk, but the one I received was not traditional at all. They didn’t add vinegar thus no coagulation at all. They add seaweed and minced pork, which are never part of the traditional recipe.
