OTORO (FATTY TUNA), SAKE HARASU (SALMON BELLY), and HAMACH (YELLOWTAIL) sashimi, and FOUR SEASON ROLL (SALMON, TUNA, HAMACHI, TOBIKO, AVOCADO, SESAME SEED, CHILI OIL,MAYO WRAPPED IN SOY PAPER) are very fresh and delicious. Sake onigiri with the pickled plums is just wow. Wasabi Shumai (wasabi flavored dumplings) is a must try also. The spinach gomae is loved and the smallness of the space is liked.
