Decided to explore a new restaurant this weekend and stumbled upon Remington inside the St. Regis Hotel. My initial first impression at the hotel was exquisite, the cleanliness, valet, and employee welcomes. The restaurant bar area was full but dinning area was completely empty. One of the best to-go hotel breakfasts I have had in the United States, the toats was super fresh which rarely happens, the fruit and yogurt was filling and made with a few unique ingredients and the service was wonderful.

A traditional bar with old school, serious luxury.Having a drink at the bar and being able to chat with Harry Spitzer, the bartender, who has forged part of the history of the Remington Bar at the St. Regis Houston hotel for almost 20 years, is a pleasant experience.As the saying goes "A classic bartender is just a pharmacy".The drinks are served with rigor. The food, overwhelming.Carpaccio, tiraditos, salads and good desserts.
