accidentally dropped a sample cup (sorry kind worker who laughed instead of getting upset, thank u) was skeptical of the color of the taro, but i’m pretty sure it’s not even supposed to be a bright purple. this is THE BEST taro milk tea i’ve had.. even the tapioca pearls were soft and not hard to chew. good fair price and thank u again to the nice girl :) ! [cute cup too]

They need to make a lot of adjustments. They didn’t have fresh hot tea all they did was take the drink mix for cold and warm it up it’s terrible and they also didn’t have any vegan or vegetarian options. I should have read the reviews before coming here. I was greatly disappointed with the overall quality and experience. Remember reading is important.. I never said they offered them I said that they did not offer them. Which is why I said what I said you need to make some changes if you want to get good reviews.
