“I had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons on Westheimer Rd! The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Diana, who went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to great customer service, and she truly made a difference. The coffee was fresh, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this location—especially if you have the pleasure of being served by Diana!“
“I love coffee, that's all I drink, but I'm also really picky because I don't like it strong. This coffee here is just right for me. My husband always jokes that I need 10 or more sugar packets in my coffee and with Tim Hortons I get an extra large and I just do six sugars and two creams and it's perfect. I also enjoy the different options that they have for food and my kids love coming here as well. I gave it a four because at this particular location you couldn't really hear them. My husband kept repeating that the speaker wasn't working and it seemed like they weren't trying to even raise their voice or even say okay, sorry about that please come to the window.“
“I am a really big stickler when it comes to customer service. When I tell you that when Jasmine asked how my day was going it blew my mind. I can’t remember the last time I have been asked in public. For that, I realize her value and that’s why I am leaving this review. She is too good for this job.“
“Love this Tims but especially the blue hair girl working the counter. I haven’t seen her around lately, the rest of the staff is nice but that girl has repeatedly helped me with navigating the app, as well as given me detailed recommendations on the menu.“
“I love this place so much! They’re always consistent, food is great, and the staff is incredibly attentive! Only thing I don’t like is how crowded it gets, but I guess that’s about what I can expect from a popular coffee shop! Good for them, keep it up!“
