We wanted to drop in and get smoothies for us and the kids. Waited almost 20 minutes just to have our order taken and then waited almost an HOUR to actually get the smoothies. We didn’t do anything crazy. There were only two workers and I guess a shift manager (who was on her phone the whole time). While I get a lunch rush can be stressful there were not actually that many people there.
On top of the wait they didn’t even get the order right.
